What is an eSIM?

A digital SIM card. Instead of inserting a plastic card, you download it to your phone. It sits next to your usual SIM, so you can use local data abroad and keep your number.

When should I install it?

Before you fly, while you’re on Wi-Fi. Your plan doesn’t start until you connect at your destination, so installing early costs nothing.

Will I keep my number and WhatsApp?

Yes. Your usual SIM stays in the phone for calls and texts, and WhatsApp and iMessage keep working with your number.

What if I run out of data?

Add more from your account in a few taps. It goes onto the same eSIM, so there’s nothing new to install.

Can I share data with my laptop?

Yes, hotspot and tethering are allowed on every plan.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, if you haven’t installed the eSIM (within 30 days), or if it won’t connect and our support can’t fix it. Plans that have started using data can’t be refunded.
