What we collect
Your email address, your order details, and technical data needed to deliver mobile data (eSIM identifiers such as ICCID, and data usage). Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
Why we use it
To deliver and support your eSIM, send order and low-data emails, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
Our connectivity partner (to activate your eSIM and measure usage), Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting our database), Vercel (hosting the website) and our email provider. We don’t sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@globes.im.
