Who we are
globeSIM (globes.im) is operated by [Company legal name], [Registered address], [Country of registration]. By buying or using a globeSIM eSIM you agree to these terms.
The service
We sell prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles. Plans are data-only: they don’t include a phone number, calls or SMS. Coverage, speed and network availability depend on local partner networks and can vary.
Your device
You’re responsible for checking that your device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked before you buy. An eSIM profile can usually be installed only once; deleting it from your device may make it unusable.
Validity and data
Each plan includes a fixed amount of data and a validity period that starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in a covered country. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period and isn’t carried over or refunded, unless you top up with a plan that says otherwise.
Fair use
Plans are for personal use. We may suspend an eSIM used for fraud, network abuse, reselling, or in breach of local law.
Payments
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any taxes we’re required to collect unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don’t store your card details.
Liability
We’re not liable for losses caused by network outages, coverage limits, or device problems outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
